Minguella Associates is a family business dedicated to the sale and purchase of Real Estate that began its professional career as a Real Estate Property Agent in the 1980s.
Carmen Minguella as the founder of the company began her professional career as a lawyer. Specialized in civil law and more specifically in inheritances.
As a result of the relationship of trust with these clients, it derived that it was responsible for the commercialization and sale of the inherited property.
Throughout these 40 years of experience we have specialized in transactions and management of patrimonies, inheritance procedures and all kinds of Real estate processes.
